Welcome to Kingdom to Kingdom Pick Ups!
These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (the customer) and us - Kingdom to Kingdom Pick Ups, operating via our website (www.kingdomtokingdom.co.uk) and our Facebook community (Kingdom to Kingdom Pick Ups).
By placing an order through our store or pre-ordering via social media, you agree to the terms below.
🛍️ Our Products & Services
We offer a mix of in-hand stock and pre-order items sourced directly from:
💫 Disney Parks (Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Resort)
💫 Select U.S. retailers (e.g. BoxLunch, DisneyStore.com, Universal Studios)
All prices are “all-in” — meaning they include:
💫 Product cost
💫 Sourcing fees
💫 U.S.–UK shipping
💫 Customs/import duties
💫 UK postage & packaging
No hidden fees. No surprises.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.
We offer two product types:
1. In-Hand Stock
These items are already in the UK and ship within 3–5 working days.
2. Pre-Orders / Park Pick-Ups
These are collected on specific trips and shipped after we return to the UK (dates clearly stated before ordering).
All orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and tracking is shared once dispatched.
We are not responsible for courier delays once posted, but we’ll always help where we can.

📦 Returns & Refunds
All sales are final due to the personalised, limited-edition nature of our products.
We do not accept returns or refunds unless:
💫 Your item arrives damaged in transit (we’ll help submit a Royal Mail claim)
💫 Or, you receive the wrong item in error
Minor manufacturing quirks (like small marks or imperfect stitching) are common in theme park merchandise and not considered faults.

🎁 Mystery Items (Boxes, Pouches & Bundles)
All mystery items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
💫 Mystery pouches
💫 Blind boxes
💫 Surprise bundles/Mystery boxes
Contents are selected to match the theme and price advertised. By ordering, you accept that the specific contents are not customisable.
💫 Subscriptions
We offer optional monthly subscriptions (e.g. mystery pouches or pin clubs).
💫 Billing: 1st of each month
💫 Shipping: Around the 5th
💫 Changes: Please pause or cancel by the 25th of the month
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.
🔐 Privacy & Security
We only collect personal data necessary to complete your order.
We never sell your data or share it for unrelated advertising.
