🌟 Shipping Policy

Every parcel we send is packed with care, joy, and a little extra Disney magic - and we hope you absolutely love it when it arrives! That said, it’s important to set clear expectations so everything feels fair and stress-free for everyone.


🗓️ When Will My Order Be Shipped?

We currently offer two types of items:

1. In-Hand Stock

These items are already with us in the UK and will be posted within 3–5 working days of your order.

2. Park Pick-Ups & Pre-Orders

These items are collected during specific shopping trips and are shipped within 3–5 working days of our return to the UK. The trip dates and estimated shipping window will always be made clear at the time of ordering.

We always aim to ship promptly - but after a trip, there’s a lot of unpacking, sorting, and packing to do, so your patience during this window means the world 💫

If you’re ever unsure, feel free to ask - we’re always happy to confirm!


✈️ Delivery Method

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

🕯️ During busy seasons (especially Christmas), we do our best to ship on time - but please allow for potential Royal Mail delays. Once a parcel has been handed over, we no longer control the delivery timeline - though we’re always happy to help if something goes astray.

📍 We currently ship within the UK only.


💌 Combined Orders

If you place more than one order close together, we’ll always try to combine them and refund any excess postage (where possible). Just drop us a quick message if you think this applies to you.


🚨 A Few Important Notes

📍 Double-check your address at checkout - we can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address.

📦 If your parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address, non-collection, or failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. This may incur an additional postage fee.

🧾 Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, let us know within 48 hours so we can investigate.

📮 Once your order has been posted, it’s in the hands of Royal Mail. We’re happy to help track or support a claim, but cannot control their delivery timeframes.
